GPU or CPU power supply is shorted out. Check all the capacitors under these chips, someone may have done X-clamp replacement or something and knocked off a cap or something. If one is still there but damaged it will cause a short.

Other possible causes of 0002 are severe overheating (actual melting of the solder under the CPU or GPU causing a massive short), or blown MOSFETS (the switching transistors on the right side of the motherboard that convert 12V down to the high current low voltage sources that the chips run on.

Inspect the board very carefully for physical damage, burnt spots, etc. then check all the power supplies with an ohmmeter so see which one is shorted out, and try to find the short.

Im gonna check the ones under the GPU/CPU.
My power brick works fine on my 360, not on that one....
I heatgunned it, but not massively.
I mean, I stuck a 360 mobo at 360 F on an oven and it still works........
