Ok I Really Need Help Now.

Alright, my 360 got the RLOD a few hours ago, I let it sit, and pressed SYNC, after a few min it worked, played 15 min of Halo 3 Campagin, then shut it off. Turned it on again, played 1 match of matchmaking, game froze after a while, reboot worked, at halo 3 menu it froze reboot and 3 RLOD, did SYNC 2 times, then 1 light was flashing then like 2. Removed disc it worked, again, and now i am playing. What is happening with my console?
