Ps2 Pot Tweaking Tutorial

Hey guys I wanted to know if anyone on this forum knows how to pot tweak a ps2. I can't find a tutorial that shows me a picture I don't know what im looking for & need help. If anyone knows where a tutorial for this is please let me know i'm in dire need here. Thanks. I google search came up with nothing. just for those to tell me to google i did that i'm not stupid.

which laser do you have?
try setting both (cd and dvd) to 800 ohm and clean the lens with a eartip and glascleaner.
