Chat Disconnecting

I'm having difficulty getting my chat to work recently. Like the description says, I can send/receive chat invites but they don't work. The invite will appear on the channel and then once it says "Joining Chat", it will disappear from the Channel List. I've tried the XBL Tests and stuff... but nothing seems to be working.

Any ideas?
