Here are some high-res pictures of the Xecuter Blaster 360 NE (Next Edition) sample we received. It's a simplified design compared to the original Blaster 360 which will result in a cheaper production/retail price and it'll also work fine on H-LG v46/v47 drives without Hitachi Fix PCB.

Official Site: http://www.team-xecuter.com/blaster360/
The new 'Blaster360 NE' is already available from this EU reseller: mrmodchips.co.uk

I'd just open the case to flash the drive. Updates for firmware aren't that frequent anyway.

I love how they bashed xeno for having low quality and that they (xecuter) used a high quality digital sata mux, not a cheap mechanical one like xeno.. well, heck, they just copied the xeno version and used a normal switch (mechanical) to switch between sata channels. Oh well..

When is someone going to make a sata dongle, that stores a copy of the original bios, shows that to the outside world, while reporting all media is vaild 360 media, so microsoft has no way to detect it at all, unless someone tries to modify files to cheat?

Meh , don't see the point. Even if you update everytime a new firmware comes out , it aint that often and even then it's a 5 min job to pop the case open. Newer firmwares don't let you backup games anymore , so for most using ixtreme that feature be uselss now. Even if your on a old firmware , the 162C still wins as you could grab em for £8-10 compared to the £30 for this  (IMG:style_emoticons/default/blink.gif) .

THIS IS EXACTLY WHAT CAME TO MY MIND WHEN I SAW THIS.
didnt team xecuter push back the release of this product to make sure the sata mux worked?

why ?

if now then, they remove that setup completely and elect for mechanical.

did they trick us from the beginning?
