my 360 is acting weird i can't figure out what it is i know its the hitachi drive, it plays some cd's, some dvd's, halo 2 for xbox works almost everytime and once in awhile it might decide it'll play a 360 game but that can take up to and hour of putting the disc in and out getting unplayable disc on the dvd bar, unplayable disc error message, "to play this disc place in xbox 360 console" error message and sometimes open tray but not that often and that sucks sometimes it won't work at all and you just give up after 2 hours the laser comes on you can see it getting bigger and smaller through the disc and it stops spinning after 10 or so seconds maybe less and starts trying to spin again only time it reads disc is if it picks it up on the first 10 secs and loads the disc so disc will make a grinding like sound when the disc stops spinning and spins up again to fail to load like the disc is slipping so i don't know if its the spindle making the disc slip or the laser malfunctioning causing the disc to slip or anything else it could be, any help? and also if i bought a new drive instead of swapping the key so it would work with the new drive could i just use the board from my old drive and swap it into the new drive and it would work? board shows no signs of anything being burnt out.
