4 Red Lights

4 red lights usually means the AV cable is unplugged. i sure hope you got that plugged in.

Check for the error code. When the Xbox is flasing 3 red lights, hold the sync button and press eject, and repeat 3 times, noting the number of lights each time you press it. 4 lights = 0, 1 = 1, 2 = 2, 3 = 3. After 4 timmes it goes back to the flashing 3 lights, and you have your error code. Say it goes 4/4/2/4, then that's error code 0020 - GPU.

0102 = unknown, but is most likely a GPU error. You can try simply switching the A/V cable to TV instead of HDTV, which has maybe a .5% chance of working, if not, then try the "penny fix", if that doesn't do it, replace the X Clamps.
