360 Mobo Replacement:\

I'm fed up with my old MOBO and need another.  I figure I'll just use the old one for replacement parts if needed.  I tried to perform the MOSFET chip replacement but I don't have a hot air station to remove those stubborn chips from the MOBO.  So I've decided to just get another board and perform the XCR on it as well.

Try the BST sub forum or Ebay. I believe all you need to carry over is the DVD Drive key, I could be wrong though since I don't have a 360.
