- two to three months after I got my 360 (last August) I've been having typical gpu problems (no video, but audio)
- the heatgun fix worked like the first 5-7 times I did it on my system but only lasted an average of 6-24 hours
- a couple of months ago the heatgun fix stopped working and I basically have a bricked system
- I know my problem is gpu related (get 0022 code)

Today, while messing with my mobo, I noticed that some of the outer bga balls under the gpu have gone "cold" (not connecting from mobo to gpu); there might be inner cold joints under the gpu as well.

Is it possible to reflow and make the gpu/mobo connection like it should be on my own?

How hard would it be to remove the gpu add replacement solder and put the gpu back on?

Yes it's possible, though to do it properly you need some expensinve equipment.

Very, and the equipment costs even more than a proper setup to reflow them.

do an x-clamp replacement, that should fix your problem

i was gonna do the x clamp trick but i just remembered i sold my rf board to grim_d lol
