Right so I've got a Samsung MS25, had it since release day..
Now when I boot a game up, it does that thing you see when there's no game in and you took the case off the dvd drive (laser going up and down, the wheel spinning a quarter then stops.) but when I boot a game up it does excactly the same, but after the very short spinning it stops, then it goes on spinning and the laser goes up and down in slow steps but there's not like this red light coming out of the laser.
When I wait a while, like an hour or so, and I boot it up again it sometimes boots up but it freezes like 4-5 sec after the boot screen comes up and the laser makes a lot of noise (you do see the red light but it's not actually doing anything except trying to go down further, and making a shit load of noise while doing)
I've had problems with my drive, like the put this game in a 360 dvd drive, and some other things, but nothing major, i never had anything like this, think i should replace my dvd drive?
