Well I couldn't get anymore of the parts for "Lowes" ran out of them in my area. I did manage to find the replica matches to the vinyl washers though. I was using rubber ones at first until they started giving and reccessing due to the pressure from the metal washers. I would not recommend utilizing these soft bad boys. So I broke the 360 all down again to replace the ole black rubber washers. I got everything assembled and whaduya know! The 3RLOD AGAIN after doing everything to the "T". Man I need to know wassup with that. I did add a second x360 heat sink to the GPU as well. Now as soon as I power on, the friggin annoying 3rlod returns.
One thing I'd like to mention is that there was an outstanding 28 second load of the x360 boot screen before the replacement of the washers. Yes I'm plugged into D-Sub/VGA for video also.(MOD) I've checked all the solder points done on the MOD and they're great. Who has had this problem recently and could you post your findings or remedy for this fix? I just want to get it up and running again now that I've installed the second heat sink. Imanaged to allow the system to run for about 20min and hardly any heat was felt on the top heat sink!
