I had the 3 red lights problem, and thanks to this forum I managed to fix it using the hot air gun method. It was working fine for a month, but unfortunately today it happened again. I have also various cooling mods on my 360, I will post pics as soon as I can. To the point... I have a friend who works in a electronics company, and he said if i found out what type of MATRIX the 360 GPU uses, he might be able to take off the gpu completely and restick with a better compound. If anyone can provide any information I will be very gratefull. I need to know the size of the matrix and what type it is...(in case there are more than 1 type). I did a search on the forum but i couldnt find any relevant info.
