Nme360 V1.2 Modchip Installation Problems

Hi , have recently installed an NME360 V1.2 into XBOX360 and it hasn'r worked since. Even on removing the modchip , I'm still left with a console that has no video to TV. All other funvtions seem to work, inserting a game and it launches( as from audio feedback fro TV.) and then remote is toggling options as per the audio feedback . The led panel seems fine and after power up and  cycling through green, it reverts to a constant greed LED. Am not sure if I've damaged/shorted out anything, but was careful  during installation. I've viewed the mod areas with high magnification lenses and cleaned off any residues. Before I'm forced to eat humble pie and buy a new console I'm hoping someone out there might be able to help. As is I've removed all mods and modchip and  hope to get it back to its original working state.

Make sure the video cable didn't get switched to HDTV?

i agree with this. Probably set to HDTV by accident. I've noticed that the switch can get worked in and slide very easily when removed and plugged in and out. Happened to me once and i freaked out.
