How Come we dont have a Memory Card to SD adapter yet? or whatever format. it doesnt seem like it would be hard to do with the 360s Memory stick. there might be some key that could be emulated and allow for a more "transferable" storage medium.

like you can put games in it at a store and play demo at home.  

MS is charging $39.95 for the new 512mb card. that is ludicrous since i can get a 2 GB!! minisd card with adapter that will work with any SD reader for $13 bucks.

id be nice to have a card with all my arcade trial downloads. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) there good enough for quick plays and with the homebrew gettting some legwork recently, it woudl be great to have it on an ever expanding flash format instead of horribly expensive MS 360 memory media.

The 360 peripherals, Controllers (3rd party ones as well), Memory cards, Vision Cam ect.. all have a security chip in them. Without knowing how this works the best you could really do would be to hack up an existing mem card and up the size of the flash, but that's no good either since it most likely wouldn't recognize the larger chip. Someone will hopefully figure it out sooner or later. M$ had to stick it to everyone again and force such a small mem unit on everyone, which we see now they're just sticking it to people more by releasing a larger one, when setting it up as an option so that anyone could have used whatever USB stick they had laying around would have been a much nicer addition to the system and made them look good, but there's no money in that.
