Dead Xbox Any Suggestions...

I got error 0110 when i did that trick to find out the specific error. My xbox is running a hitachi 47 flashed with firmware mod. I know error 0110 is memory related but how can i fix it or replace the part. Can i swamp the part with a part off of another xbox (from ebay). Thanks in advance.
