if you've broken the warranty seal , then your best bet is using a heat gun.

let it sit for a while and cool down and try turning it on again. sometimes it might start working again,

if you keep getting the threee red lights start reading up on the heat gun. if you get lucky and your console starts working again , install a fan or two and increase the fan speed of the stcok fans.

at least it'll help keep it alive a bit longer.depending on how bad the problem is ,  sometimes an extra fan keeps it cool enough to stop the redlighting for good.

if you're starting to get graphical errors , you can almost bet on getting the three red lights eventually, but the extra fans can buy you some time.

for those that cant follow text/photo tutorials..

this is part one of a 2 part video tutorial  demonstrating the full heat gun process.

I've followed it to the letter myself and brought back an 360

The KEY things you MUST do..

remember to slowly heat up the board  (300-400 to start.. then 800 then 1050)

remember to slowly bring the heat back down ..

remember to heat BOTH the bottom and top of the GPU area

PROP IT so that it doesn't move..

DONT TOUCH IT FOR AT LEAST 30 minutes while it cools down and hardens the soft areas...

I noticed a lot of videos showed the heat gun user moving the board... TSK TSK

find two boxes that are of equal height and lay it across
