Some lead free solder will begin to melt at 180C, but that's nowhere near a reflow temperature. It depends on the solder that was used really, there are a load of lead free types out there. Between 220C and 260C typically. The temps for Flux activation also depends on the type of Flux being used, that can vary from 78C to 260C.
