Ejecting While Game Is Spinning?

if i want to play a different game is it better to go to dashboard and eject the CD or is it OK to eject the CD while it is spinning in-game? just want to make sure because I always eject in the middle of the game :x

It's fine to do it either way, the disc spins down and stops before the tray opens.
