I tried out the toothpicks yesterday...it brought me out of "3 red lights" but didn't make it past the startup animation before going wonky again.

I think i  may try to send it in to MS since they're covering repair fees on launch consoles. My security sticker has been removed but I heard a rumor about the support asking if you've ever opened it up to "clean" it ...

what do you guys think? should I just try heat gun first?
