Frequent 3 Red Lights

I'm a little confused here. My 360 has been giving me the 3 red lights rather frequently now. When I turn it on, the bottom two and top left lights stay a steady red. All I do is turn it off and back on again and it resumes to normal play... although it plays normal straight through the red lights as well...

Does this happen to anyone else? Nothing is malfunctioning to my knowledge...

I took a look at the FAQ, but it mentions nothing about solid/non-flashing red lights...
