Drivers For Xbox 360 Gamepad?

Hello. I already have a driver for Windows XP for my Xbox 360 gamepad, but the one I have does not allow me to map my triggers as analog axis controls.

I downloaded it from *HERE*  

Can someone post a link to drivers that WILL allow me to map the triggers as axis controls?
