Quick ? About Dvd Drive Swap

I have 2 xbox 360's. One I have already done the firmware hack on the TS drive but it has the 102 error code. The other xbox wont read disks and makes a bad grinding noise, it has the Hitachi drive. I was wondering if all I had to do to swap drives is reflash the TS drive with the key from the Hitachi drive or if the TS drive would even work in the xbox with the Hitachi drive. Also would getting the key off of the Hitachi drive work the same as getting it off of the TS drive using this method http://sickmods.net/shared-directories/dea...firmware-flash/ ?
