after replacing a faulty samsung dvd drive with a new one unflashed from hong kong i get the message use disk on a xbox 360 consul.
someone help me please;
i shall be eternally gratefull

Did you extract the key from the old drive and implement it into the new one?

no the ribbon to the laser connection on board was damaged but i have the old board so i can still extract the key but unsure how to

they have lens for 360
i see some pepole bort samsung dvd drive are no good!!
some say they got it from ebay
all thos are no good!!
if they have then my buddy would tell me !!
