My friend was playing on his 360 eariler today the game he was playing crashed, he reset the console and the screen went gray then loads of lines went all over the screen.

And now the xbox wont power up, you press the guide button and the main power button and it wont power up. Is this unfixable, as in will he have to return it to the store and get a replacement.

BTW: It's an unmodified 360. Hope you can help.

Either return it or have M$ replace it under warranty.
Saves future headaches.

Super Defective! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif) Ya you should highly replace it before you F* something up and void the warranty.

if its brand new most store's give you 30 days to return or exchange, if not warranty it @ M$, or plan C.. hair dryer and a match.. lol
