Scrammbled Screen On Gameplay

Ok I'm just about tired of it!  It does this minutes into gameplay, I start it up and run it and play a little Tony Hawk, next it plays for a while, and then this!

I've already done the heatgun, a fan mod, and several other things like heat sync compound on the processors.  I don't get what the problem is!

I had that happen on a different game. I just did the clear the chace trick and it fixed the issue right up.

Steps can be found somewhere.. I dont remember where
