I have had my play and charge for about a month now, the first time I charged it, it worked great. The red light was on and turned green when it was done, and charge lasted many hours. Since then it doesn't ever fully charge! The red light just stays on. I had it plugged in for about 12+ hours once and the light never turned green, so I checked the battery bar and it never goes above 2 bars, and if I unplug it, it only last about an hour. I don't know what the deal is, but is anyone having this same problem, and is there a fix?

Sorry if this is a repost, i searched and only came up with peoples lights not coming on at all, so i really couldn't find the right answer.
