Okay, I got a brand new 360 and I got the USB 360 kit and got my accursed Hitachi V78FK hooked up to the thing. I followed the guide listed and made sure to have the thing on and the debug switch set so that the red lights display on the connectivity kit. Everything powers up and seems to be fine. My PC even detects the USB360 as new hardware but the drive itself never pops up or shows in My Computer like it is supposed to. I followed the FAQ and attempted to add it manually but it simply isn't in the list of things to add. I have tried all of the different USB ports on my PC and tried different switch settings on the connectivity kit with no luck. The drive definitely has power and the USB connecter and connectivity kit are displaying like they should. Any ideas?
