Mid Game Disc Errors

i got a brand new game need for speed carbon BRAND NEW after an hour of playing says it has a scratched or unreadable disk WTF.

My friend has a 360 has same problems with new games he bought wth?

i dont even clean the disk just open shut tray and its fine for a while
