Flashing Ring Of Light On Controller
« on: December 27, 2006, 04:13:00 PM »

What does it mean when a (wireless) controller's ring of light LEDs alternate from the upper left and lower right to the upper right and lower left being on?

This is hard to describe with words. If the ring were a clock face, the 9-12 and 3-6 positions are lit, then they go out and the 12-3 and 6-9 positions are lit. This keeps alternating. I had this happen while playing Uno. I could still control the game fine, battery was at about the half-way point, it was just kind of distracting, and I was wondering what it meant.

It means your batteries are low. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

Hmm, I guess that makes sense. Kind of odd since the battery meter showed over half charged, but oh well, at least I knew what it means now. Thanks.
