Yesterday I packed my Xbox 360 up to take it to my aunts place.  I packed it into the same carrying case I've used to transfer it around a hundred times before, which has padding on all four sides.  When Igot it to my aunts place the 360 would not power on at all.  It seems that the power cable that plugs into the back of the 360 does not click into place.  I also tried using some one elses PSU to see if it was my PSU that was broken, but their PSU didn't power on my 360 either.  I have taken the system apart and inspected it visually for any blown components but everything appears to be alright.  I also widened the pins in the PSU connector to ensure they were getting a connection with the 360 and that also does not work.  Any one have any other ideas?  Thanks in advance.

have you inspected the underside of the xbox mobo (where the power plugs in). i would be doing that pretty soon. it may be arcing there (not a good thing). if all is fine, then plug another xbox 360 into your psu and see if that is where the problem is.

Nah, there was none of that.  Anyway it is out of my hands as I called up to cash in on my Best Buy product replacement plan.  So we'll see what happens from there.
