I wanted to know if it is possible to connect the 360 to a computer (with an ethernet cable) and use it for the internet access..... is this possible? (IMG:style_emoticons/default/dry.gif)  (IMG:style_emoticons/default/uhh.gif)  (IMG:style_emoticons/default/sleep.gif)

Yes, it is possible.

My computer has a wireless card in it, and I have my 360 connected to the computer through a crossover cable and the 360 shares the computer's wireless connection.

In the control panel (windows), go to "network connections" then right click on the connection that is connected to the internet (wireless for example), click on "properties", then the "advanced" tab. Then check the box that says "Allow other network users to connect through this computer's internet connection"

yes... sorta.. it is an ethernet cable that has 2 sets of paired wires that that are "crossed over" on one of the connecters... so if you look at the connecters on an ethernet cable all the colored wires are in the same pins on the connecters but on a crossover cable they are different on the 2 connecters
