Disk Tray Sticks

my disk tray sticks and i have to give it a little tap and it opens fine but i have to leave a game in it.is there  quick fix for this?i got my 360 i think march of this year and its not modded in anyway. can you help me out

i have noticed this a couple of times with h943 drives - both times in the last week

once it was due to the faceplate not being on properly  (IMG:style_emoticons/default/ohmy.gif)

i did not figure out why the second drive would not open, but it opened fine when the console was flat  (IMG:style_emoticons/default/jester.gif)

it sticks both ways.but other than that no other problems it just makes me crazy i feel like it broken.
