As the title says everything read and flashed perfectly with x42b all to 100% Now all i have is a 360 with a E65 error the power LED in the middle constantly flashes very quickly with the dvd drive connected or not. I cannot get the drive to eject or do anything I have manually ejected it put a disc in and it still does not respond.

I have VIA8237 chipset and I can see the drive when ready to MTKFlash it, do the old 10 second trick and just about every other timing up to about 1 minute and I always get the same error message

Status = 00 Should be 70.

I presume 00 means that MTKflash cannot communicate with the drive.

This is driving crazy I have tried every possible different config or way to do it but the outcome is always the same.

I have read on many forums and quite a few people have had the exact same error but no one has followed up on whether it has been fixed or is being used as a door stop.

If I use the VCC methos will that help MTKFlash to connect to the drive or just do the exact same thing.

Im gonna hook it up to a diff xbox tonight see if that helps but somehow I think it wont make no difference.

Well I fixed the problem I had to use the VCC method got MTKFlah to properly comunicate with the drive. I Flashed it and evrything went ok works perfectly now.
