Xsata Hacking Question

Hey. I dont come to the forums a lot so im not sure if this is posted(i did a search)
I just bought a XSATA and i was wondering if you could send demos or any other xbox file to the comp and mess around with  it.

Or download demos online and send them to hardrive.
