Is It Possible To Use The Xbox 360 Controller In Windows 2000?

Is there any way I can use an XBOX 360 wired controller in Windows 2000 under a non-administrator account?

Surely there's a hack somehow. I have a 1 GB USB flash drive which could be useful.
