Heat chip 10 sec at a time .Then cut the glue off ic-legs ... to installing a chip ..I think i mit of scrap one of the ic-legs close to the mother board any fixes for this .. when i start the 360 up i get a error 65 ..never been flash and never install the chip yet . Just remove some glue ...Maybe someone knows a repair guy that could fix this problem ? Any help would be great ..
