Xbox 360 Controller?

hello! Awsome guides and everything worked! i got my xbox 360 flashed but something odd happend!
My 360 controller just pulsates and just sits there not actually syncing to the xbox. Now the 360 is full flashed and I can't play is there a way to actually sync it up? cause i tried the xbox controller sync method and nothing still? any help would be appreciated. If i posted in wrong section sorry
