Keyboard.. mouse.. that all good. However.. if this prototype that gets released in december does not support a headset.. it will basically be a peace of garbage for online first/3rd person shooters that we are currently enjoying.
It's not like we have the option of using the MS wireless hetset. It's buggered.. badly. alsmot so much so that I know some game room simply don't allow people to join them anymore if they hear that headset.
So.. Teamxtender.. get your act together.. and make sure by hook or by crook that this XPFS supports the headset.
seems to me that this isn't the first time Xtender has forgotten about/ignored a key segment of the market by NOT properly supporting headsets..
MagicBox XPFS Review (February 9 2005)This isn't their first time around the block with the XPFS.. technically it's their 3rd.. yet it seem they still miss the point when it comes to first/third person shooters.. that alot of people are playing them because of the social aspect. The ability to pit yourself against REAL people.. and talk and get REAL reactions.. is a major driving force behind current gaming trends..
TeamXtender.. give us Headset support.
