Samsung Stopped Reading Backed Up Games

I flashed a friends xbox that had a samsung drive. I used Xtreme 4.2 update for the firmware and it worked fine for about 2 weeks and now it only reads then when the xbox has been off for a few hours. I tried ejecting the tray about 10 times to see if it would pick it up and it doesn't. In the xbox dashboard it just says open tray. Any suggestions as to why its only reading backed up games when it feels like it?

it happens, i pot tweaked more than five xbox 360's it all worked after that...

go and find the pot tweak topic with the pictures..... worked great for me.
