ok, I've been looking around all morning on the forums but I haven't found the exact answer I've been looking for. Right now I have a premium 360 with modded firmware, and I don't want to use this on LIVE. So lets say I go buy a core 360, I know I can transfer my gammer tag n'stuff over to the new one, but can I use the harddrive on both machines? Basically, switch from machine to machine whenever I want without it having issues? I'd like to avoid having to buy another harddrive if possible. Thanks guys.

i hounestly cant see why not you can buy the hard drives seperate so they are compatible with every xbox out there and the xbox writes data to the hard drive universal to all 360's so they shouldnt have problems using the data/save games etc
