just clear your sytem cache and it will fix the problem. i updated the gears of war patch and then it was fine i go  to smackdown vs raw and boom red lights of death so i wait a min then turn it on same thing so i finally got into the system blade and then did the system cache clear and my xbox 360 works fine again.
