Muvo V200 Boot Pen

Anyone who know how to make a bootable pen drive of a Muvo v200 i had one of the first Muvo and i could do it with no problem but this new is giving me a lot of problems.
When i flash it with the HP utility i can't open it normally and it ask me to format it again.
