I will admit that mine DOES look like the Frakenstein 360... but its works, and has been working for a while now. Granted, I dont have pets or little kids running around... so I don't have to worry about them getting curious and sticking their hands inside the exposed case.

I don't know if a computer case would work, everytime I've tried to seal it back up, the red lights have come back... this 360 seems to have such an extreme heat issue that it needs all the air it can grab.

They key is once you bring it back to life, you have to also have done something to prevent the heat from being so high again... or you'll be doing the heat gun trick again and again.
