I have problems with my 360 power supply causing horizontal lines to scroll the screen of my tv. Its done this with two different tvs. i have it plugged into a seperate outlet from my cable box, but it is still on the same breaker. None of the wires from the power supply cross with any wires from the cable box. Has anyone else had this issue? any resolve?

I was thinking about a power cleaner but those seem like a waste of money to me.
