Modded 360 Freezing Only On 360 Games

Anyone know why a 360 would freeze on xbox 360 games anywhere within 15-30 minutes after playing, regardless if the disc is backup or original?

My 360 never gets artifacts, never had a FRAG or red ROL or any of that. When it freezes I can turn off from power button, also can eject disc.

Ive played regular xbox games and XBLA games on it for HOURS and can leave it in dashboard/private chat indefinitely.

I have tried unplugging everything and plugging it all back in and have also bought the intercooler for it.

Any ideas?

Start asking for a coffin(MS repair). These are the first symptons before it frags as you say.

Weird lol my 360 has the exact oppisite problem. My 360 only freezes when i play xbox 1 games. After about 1 hour of playing itll freeze on an xbox 1 game, but not freeze at all after playing many, many hours of 360 games. I hope my problem is just an emulator problem lol

overheating? Sounds like that could be a big factor. I mean it only does it when your playing for a while, and when you play for a while......heat is generated!

When you're playing XBLA games they mainly tax the cpu. When you're playing xbox games, they are running through the emulator which mainly taxes the cpu and doesn't hit the gpu very hard. When you're running xbox360 games it taxes the whole system pretty hard, especially the gpu, which has overheating problems. Send it back if you can or fix it. It's up to you, but that's obviously what it is.
