anyone know of a good website that tells how to get and rewright a dvd key to the xbox 360

Go to the guides section of this website and select 360 guides.

There is a new version out which is 41 I believe that will tell you all you need to know.

I used this at the weekend to do my Samsung V28 drive and working like a dream.

I would suggest you get the VIA SATA card though try ebay as it only seams to be the cheap china imports that have this chipset on.

yeah lots of fun the onyl reason that i am doing it is to use the cd drive on a new MOBO cause the old one went to hell

ok here is another prob.      i cant find a good program on the net that will let me wright the key for a toshiba samsung  model # ts-h943 "yes i do know that buying a new xbox 360 would be easyer but why buy another one at 299.99 and have it go out agin in 5 months like my old one and have MS say you can send it in for repair for only 129.99 piss on that MS already got my 399.99 Prem. system and 11 games + extras" the way i see it MS made there money off me

dunno if im missing something, but just extract the key from bad drive, inject into new drive.

all covered in tech dvd drive forum.
