Overheating!?!?!?! Also One Side Of Fans Stopped Worki

Well i replaced the thermal compuoud about 4 months ago to prevent overheating and now its decided it wants to start overheating and along with that only one side of my fan works now. What does this mean and what should i do?

It means that one fan stopped working and the item the fan took heat from is over heating.

Do not use that xbox until you replace those fans!! You run a serious risk of permanently damaging your system!

One 60MM fan is not enough to properly cool both heat producing components (CPU and GPU, respectively).
