Xbmc Compatability

I'm getting ready to mod my xbox specificly to run XBMC.
Does anyone know if a particular mod chip or dashboard is better suited to running the XBMC?

My apologies if this should have been posted in the newbie forums.

I would imagine any mod chip would work. as far as what dash to use it doesn't matter, you'll want to use xbmc as the main dash sooner or later anyway. it's that good.  <
