Similar Problem On Downloading?

I had my 360 since lauch and after 6months I decided to download a few things for the 1st time. I did the COD maps but no problem. while downloading Dead Rising and my 360 froze up im mid download. I rebooted and got the 3 lights, 3 seconds later fans did the overheat speed and the 360 cut off. I took my "crashbox" apart and to my amazement parts of the motherboard were litterally burned black. I clean it up and redid a few solder points now Im gaming again. The same thing happened on a couple of my friends while downloading. Similar Problem?
