Ok, I Killed My Xbox Today.

I guess I scratched something off of this part, see the picture. Well, again, it's just a guess.

the chip shown in the picture is this

Any idea?

I was able to play every game without freezing by applying as5 and
putting 3 fans on top of the heatsinks.

Tonight I was trying to make it better, I've done taking off those two heatsinks for like over 20 times
without causing any problem for the past two months, but unfortunately I did something wrong this time
and now my xbox is officially dead. 3 red lights. It never happened before.

If somebody knows what's going on, that'd be great.

If I can't get it to work again... I'm willing to sell my samsung ts-h943 to someone who needs it,
currently it's flashed to xtreme 3.2

maybe someone can compare my picture with your motherboard to see if it's missing
some capacitor? I know I probablly won't be able to do anything to fix it, but at least
we'd know that a missing capacitor causes 0003 error.

Thanks.

oik in that image you can see two smd pads to the left of the C8P4 letters. Its located on the lower right portion of the screen, by the look of the solder it look slike something was ripped off the pads, maybe a resister or cap? idk just speculation
